Appetizers include bun bao (steamed dumplings), egg rolls, spring rolls and Banh Day (traditional New Year welcome roll).

Dinner will be served in the Graham Banquet Hall at 6 p.m. The menu includes pho (noodle dish), barbecue pork (traditional dish for the new year), ginger chicken, Asian vegetable and tofu stir fry and green mango salad. Lychee fruit, sweet sticky rice with mango and mut (traditional New Year candy) will be served for dessert.
