Seth and Monica Erling, Madison, WI, are the proud parents of a son, Emmett Willem, born July 28, 2008. Emmett weighed 9 pounds and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Ron and Cindy Willemsen, Pella and Paul and Ginny Erling, Auburn, GA. Great-grandparents are Ray and Berdina Granger, Colo, Iowa.



Zuiderveen

Mark and Sylvia Zuiderveen, Bettendorf, Iowa are the proud parents of a baby boy, Zachary Mark, born May 22, 2008. Zachary weighed 9 pounds, 4 ounces and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Phil and Jan Weber, Pella, Iowa and Alice and the late Larry Zuiderveen, Davenport, Iowa. Zachary was welcome home by Alyse, age 4.



Harmsen

Jon and Deb Harmsen of Urbandale, are the parents of a son, Andrew Joseph, born August 11, 2008. He weighed 10 pounds, 4 ounces. He was welcomed home by 2 1/2 year old Jonathan William. Grandparents are Ron and Lola Spoelstra of Pella, and Jill Harmsen of West Des Monies. Great-grandparent is William Lanser of Pella.



Munson

Nick and Eve Munson, Madrid, Iowa are the proud parents of a baby girl, Alexis Ruth, born August 26, 2008, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines. Alexis weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and was 20 inches in length. Grandparents are Diana Burkin, Pella, Larry Burkin, Sun City, West Arizona and Lee and Kathy Munson, Madrid. Maternal great-grandparents are the late Cornie and Ruth Van Den baard, Pella and the late Vera Winfield, Knoxville.



Prins

Dr. Dustin and Dacia Prins of Fort Dodge, Iowa are happy to announce the birth of a daughter, Mallory Raeann born on July 23. She is welcomed home by big brother Troyton, age 2. Grandparents are Dennis and Donna Van Wyk of New Sharon, IA and Dr. Fred and Ann Prins of Twin Falls, ID. Great grandparents are Ellen Wynia of Edgerton, MN and Sylvia Nieuwsma of Pella, IA.



Hodgell

Karla and Dale Hodgell of Ames are the proud parents of a daughter born Saturday, August 23 at the Pella Regional Health Center. Ella Grace weighed seven pounds, eleven ounces and was twenty inches long. Maternal grandparents are Ron and Laura Branderhorst of Pella and Jim and Lois Hodgell of Stevensville, Michigan are the paternal grandparents. Great-grandparents include Marvin and Pauline Branderhorst of Pella.



Roozeboom

Mike and Kami Roozeboom, Pella, are the proud parents of a baby girl, Brynn Camille, born July 28, 2008. Brynn weighed 8 pounds, 2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long. Grandparents are Stan and Mona Roozeboom and Guy and Maryan DeHaan, all from Pella. Great-grandmothers are Nellie Vander Molen, Pella and Annabelle Schaver, Morrison, Illinois.



Van Arkel

Doug and Jenna Van Arkel are the parents of a baby girl, Hannah Paige, born September 12, 2008. Grandparents are Randy and Merrilee Frazier and Henry and Leona Van Arkel. Great-grandmother is Jane Terpstra all from Oskaloosa. Hayley, age 3, will welcome Hannah home.

Jason and Laura Van Donselaar, of Oskaloosa, are the parents of a baby boy, Landon James, born September 9, 2008 at the Ottumwa Regional Hospital. Grandparents are Darrell Rust of Oskaloosa, Danny and Anna Clark of Grinnell and Ken and Linda Van Donselaar of Oskaloosa. Great-grandparents are June Biehn, Bob and Margaret Slycord and Rena Van Donselaar all of Oskaloosa.



Steenhoek

Curtis and Jessica Steenhoek of Davenport, Iowa are proud to announce the birth of their son, Isaac Caleb Steenhoek. He was born August 24, 2008, weighing 6 pounds 14 ounces. His grandparents are David and Linda Price of Florida and Jaren and Cathy Steenhoek of Pella.
