Council to discuss ground lease agreement with Warrior Golf Venture, LLC

Pella — At next Tuesday's Pella City Council meeting, to be held on May 20, the council will discuss a resolution regarding the City of Pella proposing to enter into a ground lease with Warrior Golf Venture, LLC for the property locally known as Bos Landen Golf Course. The term of the lease would be for a period of 99 years for the sum of one dollar per year. This resolution sets the date for a public hearing to be held on June 3, 2014 at 7 p.m. at the Public Safety Complex, at which time the Council will hear public comments to the proposed lease agreement.
