South Central Regional Airport Agency launches website, Facebook page

Pella — The South Central Regional Airport Agency (SCRAA) has recently launched a website and Facebook page.  The website may be found at www.scraaiowa.com and the Facebook page can be found by searching scraaiowa.

SCRAA was formed in 2012 to develop, build and operate a regional airport along Highway 163 between Pella and Oskaloosa.  The website contains information on the agency, its meetings, documentation relating to the airport, FAQs, maps and timelines.  There is also a page where site visitors may ask questions and provide comments directly to the Agency.  It is anticipated that many of these will be posted to the Agency’s Facebook page.

“Using both resources, we hope to keep people up to date on the ongoing development of the airport.” said Jim Hansen, chairperson of the Agency Board. “Our priority has been to keep the public as informed as possible with accurate and timely information.”
