Pella —

Adam Haselhuhn is the new director of the annual giving at Central College.
Haselhuhn graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in political communication and political science. Before coming to Central, he was the associate director of annual giving at Simpson College. Haselhuhn begins August 12.
“I am very pleased to welcome Adam to the advancement team,” said Bill Northup, vice president of advancement. “In his short time as a college fundraising professional, Adam has demonstrated an ability to develop key relationships and get the job done. I have great confidence that he will help us continue to achieve greater things.”
Haselhuhn will work with the Journey Scholarship Fund, which provides alumni and friends a way to support Central students through scholarships. He replaces Kathy Cashen Thompson ‘87, who recently began work as Central’s director of alumni relations.
