Triple-Chip Cookies

Pella — 1 pouch (1 lb. 1.5 oz.) Betty Crocker chocolate chip cookie mix

1/2-cup butter or margarine, softened

1 egg

1/2-cup butterscotch chips

1/2-cup white vanilla baking chips

1. Heat oven to 375F.

2. In large bowl, stir all ingredients until soft dough forms.

3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

4. Bake 9-11 minutes or until edges are light golden-brown. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.

Makes 30 cookies.
