Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Pella —

1 c butter (real butter is best)
1 c brown sugar
1/4 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 pkg vanilla pudding mix (small box of instant mix) 3.4 ounce
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 pkg 12 ounce size semi sweet chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugars together until creamy.

Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

Add pudding mix (dry mix) and vanilla.

Mix together flour, baking soda and salt and add to wet ingredients.

Mix until all combined then add Chocolate chips.

Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 min. I like my soft so usually I bake mine closer to 10 min.

(as a side note you can use any flavor of pudding mix to change up these cookies)

As you will see from the notes, you can make any number of changes to this recipe and get a great cookie!

Makes approximately 3 dozen small (2 inch) cookies
