|3 c||shredded leftover cooked turkey (chicken or pork)|
|1 large||sliced onion|
|1 clove||garlic minced|
|1/3 c||cranberry sauce|
|1/3 c||chunky applesauce (cinnamon works well)|
|1/4 c||turkey gravy (chicken or pork)|
|1/2 c||bbq sauce|
apple cider vinegar
|1/2 tsp||chili powder|
|4||crusty rolls (or 6-8 small slider rolls)|
In saucepan on med-high cook sliced onion in butter, salt. Cook til slightly browned, add garlic and cook for another min.
Combine and stir rest of ingredients (except turkey & rolls)
Turn heat to med-low, stiring and cooking for 3-5min.
Stir in turkey, cover and continue warming for another five minutes, or til warmed thru.
Serve on rolls. Goes great with a apple coleslaw, on side or top of shredded turkey.
