Easy Peanut Butter Blossoms

Pella — 1 pouch (1 lb. 1.5 oz.) Betty Crocker peanut butter cookie mix

3 T. vegetable oil

1 T. water

1 egg

2 T. sugar

36 Hershey's Kisses milk chocolates, unwrapped

1. Heat oven to 375F.

2. In medium bowl, stir cookie mix, oil, water and egg until dough forms.

3. Shape dough into 36 1" balls; roll in sugar. Place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets.

4. Bake 8-10 minutes or until light golden-brown. Immediately press 1 milk chocolate candy in center of each cookie.

5. Remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely, about 20 minutes. Store cookies in tightly covered container.

Makes 36 cookies.
