Spicy Island Fish Fillets


The Chronicle

Pella — 6 crispy battered fillets

1 can (15 oz) tropical fruit

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp soy sauce

1 tsp hot sauce

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp ground ginger (optional)

1 package rice blend (to serve with meal)

1. Prepare fillets according to package instructions.

2. Combine next 6 ingredients (not rice), top fillets with fruit mixture and serve immmediately over rice.

Serves 5.
