Fudgy Truffles

Pella — 1 cup cream

1/4 cup butter

1 lb. semisweet chocolate

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1-1 1/2 cups crushed candy canes

1. Simmer cream and butter; stir until smooth.

2. Pour over chopped semisweet chocolate; stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Add vanilla.

3. Chill for 1 hour. Roll into small balls. Coat with crushed candy canes.
