PPBWF After-hours Networking Event set for Aug. 14 meeting

An after hours networking social at Tassel Ridge Winery will replace the regular Pella Professional and Business Women’s Forum (PPBWF) monthly luncheon and speaker on Thursday, Aug. 14, 5:30-7 p.m.

“Pella Professional and Business Women’s Forum is about professional development and networking,” said Betsy Roe, program committee chair. “The Tassel Ridge venue and after-hours event gives us a more relaxed setting to learn about a local business and to network.”

The social will include a winery tour, a vineyard tour in the Grapemobile and sample tasting while networking.

The September meeting will return to its regular meeting time, Thursday, Sept. 11, noon-1 p.m. at Central College’s Graham Conference Center.

PPBWF is a networking and professional development organization. Membership is open to career-oriented women in the community interested in enhancing different aspects of our work world.
