Plea, sentencing scheduled for Konz

Knoxville — A plea and sentencing hearing is scheduled for Friday, Aug. 16, in Marion County District Court for robbery suspect Jack Dylan Konz.

Konz is a suspect in a Feb. 21 robbery of a bank in Pella. His alleged co-conspirator, Christian Michael Latshaw, has already pled guilty and been sentenced on a robbery charge.

While incarcerated in the Marion County Jail on that charge, Konz has been charged with further offenses, related to drugs and contraband. Online court records indicate that Konz has received drug treatment at a facility in Mt. Pleasant.

Konz's hearing is expected to address all of the charges he is facing. The hearing is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m.
