Reminder – Pella Garden Club Tulip Time Flower Show set for May 2-4

Pella — The Pella Garden Club will present its 51st annual Pella Tulips in Design Show on May 2-4, 2013 at the Pella Historical Village.  The show theme is “Mooi Wat Bloemen Duin”, commemorating 51 years involvement in Pella Tulip Time by Pella Garden Club.  Serving as Flower Show chairpersons are Delores Boerigter and Lois Vermeer.

Flower Show entries schedules and hostess sign up sheets are available at the Pella Historical Society business office at 507 Franklin Street.

Entry day for the 51st Pella Garden Club Flower Show is Tuesday, April 30, 2013, at Scholte Church at 501 Franklin Street.  Check the Flower Show schedule for details.

Pella Garden Club is a non profit educational organization with the purpose of perpetuating the Tulip Time Flower Show, cooperating in beautifying our city and further education of members and the public in the field of flower arranging, horticulture and landscape design.

New this year:  the Flower Show entrance will be Scholte Church front door with exit on the east side of the Bicentennial Buildings.  No floral designs or horticulture in the basement; all displays and sales will be on the main floor.
