Celebrate 10 years of the Comfort House on Sept. 7

Saturday, Sept. 7

11:30 am – 1:30 pm

South lawn of the Comfort House, 505 Union St.

Pella Regional Health Center invites the public to join us for a special event honoring 10 years of service to the community at the Comfort House in Pella.

A picnic lunch will be available for the first 250 people. Cake will be served. The event is free and open to the public.

Hospice of Pella moved into the Comfort House in September 2003. Since then, hundreds of patients and families have experienced the loving care and concern of Hospice of Pella staff in this wonderful facility. The Comfort House was a community effort, with funds raised for its construction within six months through a strong commitment from the community. This event will provide an opportunity to celebrate and thank the community as well as Hospice staff and volunteers as well as to remember the many patients and families who have been served.
