Pella Garden Club Tulip Time Flower Show set

Pella Garden Club presents its 52nd annual Pella Tulips in Design Show on May 1,2 and 3, 2014 at the Pella Historical Village. The show theme is "Dutch Fun for Everyone" , " Fun With Color" commerating 52 years involvement in Pella Tulip Time by Pella Garden Club members.

Serving as Flower Show Chairpersons are Delores Boerigter and Marlyn Rietveld Ebbers.

Flower Show schedules and Tulip Bulb order forms are available at the Pella Tulip Time business Office at 507 Franklin St. and at Thistles Floral Shop on Main St.

Anyone interested in hostessing during the Flower Show should contact Mary Edwards to schedule a time. Flower Show design entries co chairpersons are Ann Summitt and Sue Brandl.

The show is open to all flower arrangers and growers. For information on cut tulip horticulture entries contact Patsy Sadler.

Entry day for the 52nd Pella Garden Club Flower Show is Tuesday, April 29, 2014. Scholte Church, 501 Franklin St. will be open 9a.m. to 6p.m. for design placement and 4 to 6 p.m. for Tulip Horticulture entries. NO Horticulture entries after 6:00 p.m. Check the Flower Show schedule for details. The show is judged on Wednesday April 30.

Pella Garden Club is a non profit educational organization with the purpose of perpetuating the Tulip Time Flower Show, cooperating in beautifying our City and further education of members and the public in the field of flower arranging, horticulture and landscape design

New this year – The flower show entrance will be Scholte Church front door with exit on the east side of the Bicentennial Buildings. NO floral designs or horticulture in the basement; all displays and sales will be on the main floor.
