Fish at Central Park

Pella — The Pella Parks and Recreation Department has created a new flower bed at Central Park, in which they hope to take you under the sea.

These fish were built and decorated by Parks staff. They stand among plants, reminiscent of the floor of the ocean.

Parks employees have been busy, transferring all flower beds from Tulips to annual flowers.
