Central College’s Central RED Society will host a Dutch-style holiday celebration on Tuesday, Dec. 10.
The celebration will share traditional Dutch foods with Lowell Olivier-Shaw, conference coordinator at Central since 2000. Olivier-Shaw is also the owner of Bisschopswijn Mulled Wine. He holds etiquette seminars for students and professionals, bartends at the Big Steer in Altoona and collects antiques.
The celebration will be held at 5:30 p.m. in the Dave and Ardie Sutphen Common Room in Graham Annex.
The holiday celebration ends first-semester activities for Central RED, with 10 events planned for the spring semester.
