The Red Rock Lake Association, Red Rock Army Corps of Engineers, and Pella and Knoxville community partners are in preparation for the 9th Annual Lake Red Rock Balloon Fest.
Thirty-eight hot air balloons, pilots and their crews will command the event as they soar over the Red Rock Lake area painting the sky with a landscape of color. From their launch sites around the lake, their goal is to float directly over the North Overlook Beach at Red Rock Dam for crowds in the viewing area on the beach.
