The Pella Public Library is continuing “Conversations in Spanish,” a popular program started at the library this summer.
Native and non-native Spanish speakers are invited to gather for casual conversation in Spanish. This is for individuals who have at least a basic to intermediate understanding of the Spanish language with the goal of promoting learning through conversation. There is no curriculum or classroom-style learning involved. You are invited to come to practice speaking about food, family, flowers and more.
Currently scheduled dates are:
- Wednesday, Dec. 4 at 11 a.m.
- Monday, Dec. 16 at 7 p.m. (Christmas Gathering)
Gatherings are free, open to the public and held in the library’s meeting room, unless otherwise noted. Please contact the library at 641-628-4268 for questions about this and other library programs.
