Deputies responded to 17 calls, including four paper service attempts, two return calls, two agency assists, one parking complaint, one vehicle unlock, one debris in the roadway, one civil issue, one transport, one dog, one livestock in the roadway, one accident and one other call.

The communications center fielded 95 calls including 20 911. The jail is currently holding 19.

Taylor Ray Thompson, 29, of Altoona, was held for another agency.

Wednesday, Aug. 28

Deputies responded to 25 calls, including six paper service attempts, two controlled burns, one agency assist, one rescue, one incomplete 911, one trespass, one suspicious vehicle, one motorist assist, one debris in the roadway, one informational report, one dog, one return call, one deer, one alarm and five other calls.

The communications center fielded 105 calls including 16 911. The jail is currently holding 19.

Carmen Jolene Kinney, 30, of Knoxville, was charged with OWI, first offense.

Alexander VonRiedel Burgdorf, 34, of Knoxville, was served a judgment entry.

Thursday, Aug. 29

Deputies responded to 28 calls, including five incomplete 911’s, three controlled burns, two accidents, two suspicious persons, two paper service attempts, two wanted subjects, one vehicle unlock, one return call, one livestock in the roadway, one pursuit, one informational report, one violation of a no contact order, one dog, one reckless driver, one assist, one rescue and two other calls.

The communications center fielded 108 calls, including 27 to 911. The jail is currently holding 21.

Ronald Michael Kope, 32, of Melcher, was charged with violation of probation and carrying weapons.

Susana Maria Rios, 19, of Ottumwa, was charged with violation of probation.

John Duane Followill, Jr., 38, of Iowa City, was charged with disorderly conduct by loud noise.

Jerry Lee Hunter, 49, of Melcher Dallas, was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Spring Nichole Taylor, 33, of Knoxville, was charged with possession of controlled substance.

Tanner Michael Cole, 27, of Norwalk, was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Friday, Aug. 30

Deputies responded to 34 calls, including five incomplete 911’s, three livestock in the roadway, three paper service attempts, two motorist assists, two reckless drivers, two return calls, two transports, one harassment, one welfare check, one vehicle unlock, one parking complaint, one domestic, one accident, one fraud, one rescue, one vehicle inspection, one deer and five other calls.

The communications center fielded 170 calls, including 39 to 911. The jail is currently holding 21.

Tanner Michael Cole, 27, of Norwalk, was charged with violation of probation.

Paula Marie Loterbouer, 29, of Des Moines, was held for another agency.

Michelle Lea Jackson, 51, of Pompano Beach, FL, was held for another agency.

Saturday, Aug. 31

Deputies responded to 26 calls, including four wanted persons checks, four return calls, four reckless drivers, three paper service attempts, two vehicle unlocks, one lost item, one suspicious activity, one residential alarm, one burglary, one civil issue, one transport, one incomplete 911, one accident and one other call.

The communications center fielded 150 calls, including 23 to 911. The jail is currently holding 25.

Skylar James Thomas, 25, of Albia, was charged with violation of a restraining order.

John Howard Guyer, 44, of Prairie City, was charged with OWI, first offense and driving while license revoked.

Zachary Thomas Firestine, 19, of Pleasantville, was served a judgment entry.

Shawntae John Tomlinson, 31, of Runnells, was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury.

Trevor Jay Lowe, 28, of Ottumwa, was charged with three counts of second-degree sexual abuse, victim less than 12 years of age.

Kevin Keith Sandrock, 55, of Knoxville, was charged with two counts of violation of probation.

Tyler James McClain, 25, of Newton, was served a judgment entry.

Tony James Marlin, 51, of Newton, was served a judgment entry.

The communications center fielded 101 calls, including 31 to 911. The jail is currently holding 21.

Cody James Mitchell, 26, of Knoxville, was charged with driving under suspension.

The communications center fielded 103 calls, including 25 to 911. The jail is currently holding 19.

Kenton Dewayne Dethrow, 47, of Knoxville, was charged with first-degree harassment.
