Deputies responded to 34 calls, including five motorist assists, five reckless drivers, four return calls, two paper service attempts, two informational reports, two vehicle inspections, two escorts, two extra patrols, one incomplete 911 call, one criminal mischief, one fraud, one rescue, one transport, one follow up, one suspicious activity and three other calls.

The communications center fielded 136 calls including 26 911 calls. The jail is currently holding 26.

Jerry Jerome Devon James, 27, of Des Moines, was charged with operating vehicle without owner’s consent and second-degree theft.

Debra Lee Hicks, 54, of Des Moines, was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

Shawn Patrick Kennedy, 50, of Leighton, was charged with driving while barred, fraudulent use of registration and failure to provide proof of financial liability.

Wednesday, Nov. 27

Deputies responded to 19 calls, including three paper service attempts, three motorist assists, three vehicle inspections, two rescues, one accident, one road condition report, one suspicious person, one follow up, one livestock in the roadway, one suspicious activity and two other calls.

The communications center fielded 119 calls including 20 911 calls. The jail is currently holding 25.

Michael James Waters, 28, of West Des Moines, was charged with violation of a no contact order.

Thursday, Nov. 28

Deputies responded to 34 calls, including nine motorist assists, six extra patrols, five paper service attempts, two dogs, two incomplete 911 calls, two vehicle unlocks, one pursuit, one accident, one livestock in the roadway, one debris in the roadway, one power line down, one fraud, one deer in the roadway and one other call.

The communications center fielded 129 calls, including 24 to 911. The jail is currently holding 25.

Robin Lynn Schone, 52, of Monroe, was charged with OWI, first offense.

Heather Marie Chambers, 36, of Knoxville, was charged with animal neglect.

Wendy Shea Bonnett, 42, of Knoxville, was charged with interference with official act, driving under suspension, failure to provide proof of financial liability and lights of improper color.

Ross Michael Dawson, 25, of Melcher, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Friday, Nov. 29

Deputies responded to 20 calls, including five motorist assists, two reckless drivers, two transports, one meet subject, one extra patrol, one deer, one residential fire, one incomplete 911, one vehicle unlock, one agency assist, one rescue, one accident, one harassment and one dog.

The communications center fielded 100 calls, including 18 to 911. The jail is currently holding 25.

Jacob Russell Reed, 42, of Bussey, was charged with interference with official acts, possession of drug paraphernalia, eluding with speed 25 over limit, reckless driving, failure to obey stop sign/yield, speeding, ATV highway violation and failure to maintain control.

Kelsee Reanee Davis, 26, of Pella, was charged with domestic assault with bodily injury.

Saturday, Nov. 30

Deputies responded to 22 calls, including two deer, one accident, one residential fire, two rescues, one suspicious activity, three vehicle unlocks, two return calls, one suicidal subject, two suspicious persons, one violation of a no contact order, one suspicious odor, one meet subject, two paper service attempts, one harassment and one motorist assist.

The communications center fielded 111 calls, including 31 to 911. The jail is currently holding 24.

Rusty Craig Brown, 62, of Des Moines, was charged with operating vehicle while intoxicated and speeding.

Ronald James Largent, 34, of Des Moines, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sunday, Dec. 1

Deputies responded to 11 calls, including two motorist assists, one suspicious person, one rescue, one accident, one debris in the roadway, one incomplete 911, one escort and three agency assists.

The communications center fielded 90 calls, including 19 to 911. The jail is currently holding 23.

Kyle Ray Bingham, 36, of Chariton, was charged with OWI, second offense and no valid driver’s license.

Monday, Dec. 2

Deputies responded to 14 calls, including five agency assists, two accidents, two extra patrols, one deer, one return call, one vehicle unlock, one transport and one paper service attempt.

The communications center fielded 99 calls, including 18 to 911. The jail is currently holding 24.

Darrell Lee Flesher, 55, of Lacona, was held for another agency.

David Alan Stittsworth, 32, of Knoxville, was charged with driving under suspension and violation of restricted license.
