OSKALOOSA — In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, scores of small pink flags were placed in the Downtown Oskaloosa square. The flags withstood the rain and wind on Friday, Oct. 6, but attendees of a planned walk were forced inside to Penn Central Mall.
