The Pella Chronicle has been a part of the history of Pella since 1866.
Only one other business has operated in Pella under the same name longer than the Pella Chronicle.
The Chronicle pledges quality supplemental pieces. Many of these pieces will be inserted in the paper throughout the year. Other top notch publications include the Lake News, the annual Tulip Time special edition and other special sections highlighting various area events and happenings.
The Chronicle's reach is expanding into the electronic world. Updates of free content occur on a regular basis. You can view breaking news and featured information from our newspaper on our website at www.pellachronicle.com.
The history of the Pella Chronicle is as rich and colorful as the history of the city it serves. To this day, we work every day to provide our readers and advertisers a product that is relevant and timely. We give a voice to the citizens of Pella and the surrounding area through the platform of the newspaper. We commemorate the celebrations and the losses in the lives of our readers, we report the news and sports and, in doing so, write the on-going history of our community in every edition.
The Pella Chronicle is here - as it has been for 148 years - to record the events of our lives in Marion County.
